I needed a versatile bench for my home gym and this Pooboo adjustable bench fits the bill. It's sturdy steel frame supports up to 680 lbs, which is impressive. The incline/decline adjustments are smooth and lock securely. It folds up for storage, saving space. The bench is heavy at 70 lbs but feels rock solid during presses. My only complaint is the assembly instructions could be clearer, and the seat padding is a bit firm. But for the price, it's a solid choice for dumbbell and barbell work.
