Our take
This Rican bench has lots of adjustment options, which is great for targeting different muscles. The 8-level backrest is particularly useful. However, at only 10 lbs, it feels very light and not as sturdy as heavier benches. The foam padding is okay but not plush. For $89.95, it's cheap, but I worry about long-term stability with heavy weights. It's good for light to moderate training, but if you push heavy, you might want something more robust. The foldable design is convenient for storage, though.
